At Decolonizing Therapy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital products, courses, and services. Below is our refund policy:

 

Digital Products and Courses: Our courses and digital offerings are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you review all course details before completing your purchase. For more information, visit our course store: Decolonizing Therapy Courses.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, Decolonizing Therapy will not offer any refunds or returns for any products or services sold for any reason. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please make sure to read the product or service description carefully before making your purchase. Refunds are not available once a product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties accessing digital products or course materials, please contact our support team, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues to ensure access.

Workshops, Live Events, and Group Immersions: Refunds are not available for workshops, live events, or group immersions. For more details on group immersions, visit our page: Decolonizing Therapy Group Immersions. Registrations are final upon purchase. In cases where Decolonizing Therapy needs to reschedule or cancel an event, participants will be offered a credit or the option to transfer their registration to a future event. Decolonizing Therapy is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other non-refundable expenses related to canceled or rescheduled events.

Mentorship Services: Our mentorship program requires an application process to determine eligibility and fit. For more details, visit our mentorship page: Decolonizing Therapy Mentorship. Due to the selective nature of this program, refunds are not provided once a mentorship spot has been secured and payment has been made.

Subscription Cancellations: Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions. To avoid future billing, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are not issued once a subscription renews.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting Decolonizing Therapy, we reserve the right to revoke access to current and future services. Any refund disputes must be addressed via email first before escalating to third-party payment processors.

Other Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, promotional bundles, and discounted services are non-refundable.

All refund and payment disputes are governed by the laws of New Jersey, ensuring consistency with our Terms and Conditions.
