Digital Products and Courses: Due to the digital nature of our products and services, Decolonizing Therapy will not offer any refund or returns for any products or services sold for any reason. Please make sure to read the product or service description carefully before making your purchase.
Workshops and Live Events: Refunds are not available for workshops or live events. Registrations are final upon purchase. In cases where Decolonizing Therapy needs to reschedule or cancel an event, participants will be offered a credit or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Mentorship Services: To ensure compatibility, we offer a complimentary call before purchase to discuss expectations and determine fit. Refunds for one-on-one mentorship sessions are not provided once purchased.
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, promotional bundles, and discounted services are non-refundable.
